Polaris manufacturing plant in Monticello, MN is now hiring CNC Machine Operators for 3rd Shift 3 days per week, Friday through Sunday.

\n Pay and Shifts:
\n3rd Shift- 6:15PM to 5:45AM
\nPay $19.95 per hour
\nPaid Weekly
\n
\n What is a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

\n\n

\n\t
• Operating CNC equipment and be responsible for the proper use of machines, tooling and inspection equipment.\n\t
• Loading parts into machine and verifying settings by measuring positions, first-run and sample parts.\n\t
• Maintaining production rate in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality assigned to the job.\n\t
• Using various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and other inspection gauges.\n\t
• Making high quality parts to specifications and assisting with the identification of root causes and corrective action for quality problems.\n\t
• Performing in process inspection of machined parts and accurately completing the required paperwork such as the Inspection Process (IP) sheet.\n

\n Skills Required: \n\n

\n\t
• Experience as a CNC Machine Operator (1+ years preferred)\n\t
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail\n\t
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings\n\t
• Have a high school diploma or GED\n
