Job Description

We are excited to welcome an energetic Occupational Therapist to our vibrant pediatric therapy team! Here, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Full-Time Opportunities:

Full-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (In-Clinic, Aqua/Farm-based, based on availability)
Trained Feeding Therapists can integrate feeding sessions into their schedules.
Schedule: Four or five days per week, with a minimum of 26 treatment hours per week and one initial evaluation each month. Unfilled cancellations can be utilized for documentation and progress reports as needed.
Part-Time Positions (Flexible scheduling around therapist availability):

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (In-Clinic, Oahu)
Pediatric Feeding Occupational Therapist (In-Clinic, Oahu)
Pediatric Aquatic Occupational Therapist (Hawaii Kai Pool, Oahu)
Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Home Visits, Oahu)
Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Hippotherapy/Nature-Based (Wailua, Outdoor Clinic, Oahu)
Remote Opportunities (Flexible scheduling based on therapist availability):

For Employees Working Over 20 Hours:

Yearly $1,000 Continuing Education Reimbursement (prorated for the first year based on hire date).
For Full-Time Employees Working Over 26 Hours:

Yearly $1,000 Continuing Education Reimbursement (prorated for the first year based on hire date).
Relocation expenses of $1,000 for off-island candidates or an additional $1,000 for continuing education for on-island candidates in their first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess client progress and treatment plans.
Communicate treatment outcomes to families after each session.
Administer and document evaluations and plans of care.
Manage timely documentation, billing, and timesheets.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:

OTR Certification required.
Must obtain Hawaii License (upon hire).
Obtain NPI number (upon hire).
Obtain BLS certification from an accredited course (upon hire).
Complete insurance provider applications (upon hire).
Position Types: Full-Time, Part-Time

Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 30 - 40 hours per week
