Job Description Personal Assistant & Concierge Location: Hybrid - Remote + On-Site (San Francisco, Cupertino, Tahoe)
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 + Health Insurance
The Role We're on the hunt for a sharp, resourceful, and service-obsessed Personal Assistant & Concierge to support a high-performing Principal with a dynamic lifestyle. This is not your average PA role-it's part logistics mastermind, part lifestyle curator, and part trusted right-hand.
The Principal is based in San Francisco with a second home home in Tahoe, so flexibility to hop between locations (as needed) is key. You'll work remotely most of the time, but be ready to show up in person as needed; for vendor oversight and special projects
This is a role for someone who's always two steps ahead, loves solving problems before they exist, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You'll be a calm, capable presence who makes life smoother, more organized, and more enjoyable for the Principal.
What You'll Do Lifestyle & Personal Support - Handle real-time requests with speed and style-whether it's booking a last-minute dinner or prepping a guest room just right.
- Manage arrivals and departures for family and guests, complete with personal touches that make people feel truly welcome.
- Keep wardrobes and personal items dialed in-think inventory, packing, repairs, returns, and working with stylists when needed.
Travel Like a Pro - Plan unforgettable travel experiences with the Principal-from dream hotels to seamless itineraries.
- Research destinations, book meals, and coordinate all the little details that make a trip effortless.
- Liaise with the Principal's business EA, deal with airlines, and make sure every leg of the trip is stress-free.
- Occasionally travel alongside the Principal to keep everything running like clockwork.
Events, Elevated - Own the planning and execution of everything from cozy dinners to big celebrations.
- Handle invites, RSVPs, and calendar updates like a boss.
- Take care of food, drinks, dcor, flowers, and staff-ensuring every event is stylish, smooth, and on-point.
Keep It All Together - Master the calendar-juggling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments without a hitch.
- Maintain a polished and secure contacts database for personal and emergency info.
Run the Show Behind the Scenes - Tackle errands and source household items before anyone even asks.
- Work closely with the driver to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and daily transportation needs.
- Help with move coordination to keep transitions between homes seamless.
Communicate & Streamline - Create smart systems that boost efficiency and cut down the chaos.
- Keep the Principal and support team updated and in sync with clear communication and weekly action reports.
Light Finance & Admin - Track expenses, handle bill payments, and manage receipts.
- Review basic contracts and coordinate with the accounting team when needed.
Gifting & Special Touches - Run the gift game-track special dates, find amazing presents, and make sure everything's beautifully wrapped and delivered on time.
Protect Privacy & Peace of Mind - Handle everything with the utmost discretion and respect for privacy.
- Follow safety-minded practices tailored to the Principal's unique preferences.
You Bring - A bachelor's degree or solid equivalent experience.
- 2+ years working in a private household or similar high-touch PA role.
- Serious skills in travel planning, event coordination, and hands-on personal support.
- Tech savvy with MacOS, Microsoft Office, and modern scheduling/project tools.
- A valid passport and the flexibility to travel as needed.
- Stellar communication chops and a naturally helpful, positive attitude.
- A solid track record of discretion, confidentiality, and common sense.
