Responsibilities include:

• Develop manufacturing processes for new products
• Optimize existing manufacturing processes and equipment
• Research and stay up to date with the latest plastic processing technology
• Investigate new developments with materials to ensure we are using the most environmentally sustainable and cost-effective resins
• Manage manufacturing trials for new products being introduced into production
• Create work instructions and implement standardizations into the manufacturing process
• Identify areas of improvement and lead continuous improvement projects to upgrade KPI metrics
• Perform root cause analysis to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement a corrective actions

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field such as plastic or polymer science etc.
• Plastics Manufacturing experience such as injection molding, thermoforming, extrusion etc.
• Project Management skills and experience
• Proven problem solving skills
• Hands-on with strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
