Medical Specialties: Geriatrics - Home Health - Pediatrics Physical Setting: Outpatient Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments to patients under the direction of the physician.
• Monitor and document changes in the patient's condition, promptly notifying the physician as needed.
• Provide personalized care to patients, assisting with daily activities and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare protocols and medication administration.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust individualized patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement of 2 years experience as a Private Duty Nurse (LVN or RN) in Houston, TX
• Must hold a valid LVN or RN license specifically in the state of Texas
• Proficient in clinical skills with a commitment to delivering top-notch patient care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities
• Capable of both independent work and effective collaboration within a healthcare team
