Location: The Beehive, 961 E. 61st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Flexible hours available!)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing (Your Role in Action)

• 📈 Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and investment analysis for real estate projects
• 📚 Conduct market research on real estate trends, economic indicators, and investment opportunities
• 🔄 Support capital raising efforts , including investor presentations and pitch materials
• 📝 Help analyze portfolio performance , tracking key financial metrics and risk factors
• 💡 Collaborate with the Investments team to evaluate potential acquisition opportunities
• 🏡 Work with fund managers, lenders, and institutional investors to gain exposure to real estate private equity strategies
• 🚀 Prepare research reports and summaries to support investment decisions
• 🏆 Gain firsthand experience in Opportunity Zone investing and impact-driven financial strategies

Requirements

🎓 What We’re Looking For (The Ideal Intern)

• Currently enrolled in a Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related degree program

• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling experience is a huge plus!)

• 📊 Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills

• 🏆 Passion for real estate finance, private equity, and social impact investing

• 👩‍💻 A self-starter with a high level of attention to detail

• 🏡 Interest in Opportunity Zone investments and affordable housing development

• 🔒 Ability to handle confidential financial data with discretion
