Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and revise contracts for acquisitions, leasing, and commercial financing

• Coordinate closing procedures and facilitate communication with clients and third parties

• Analyze title documentation and address potential issues

• Support senior attorneys through every phase of complex real estate transactions

• Participate in negotiation of commercial leases and loan agreements

• Communicate directly with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial real estate or transactional legal experience

• Active New York State Bar membership or reciprocity eligibility

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Proven experience managing real estate deals and competing deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
