Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and energetic Restaurant General Manager to lead our fast-paced, high-energy team! As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and leading the team to success. You will manage everything from staff development, inventory control, to ensuring top-tier food quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Supervise, train, and inspire staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain operational excellence.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and health and safety compliance.
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a high standard of customer service to foster repeat business.
• Financial Management: Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and inventory. Maximize profitability while adhering to budget constraints.
• Staffing & Training: Recruit, hire, and develop team members. Provide continuous training and ensure proper performance evaluations.
• Inventory Management: Ensure timely ordering of supplies, maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste.
• Quality Control: Ensure food is prepared to meet quality and consistency standards.
• Marketing & Sales: Support local marketing efforts and promotions to boost sales and enhance brand presence.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on financials and operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred, not required).
• Experience in a fast-food chain or high-volume environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
