Position Summary

Essential Duties

As a Senior General Manager, you will:

• Manage and oversee all venue concepts.
• Engage with customers and be the voice and face of our brand.
• Promote employee engagement and deliver superior guest service.
• Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Recruit, train, manage, and develop staff.
• Control costs and minimize waste.
• Implement innovative strategies to boost productivity and sales.
• Maintain profitability while ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and a willingness to problem-solve.
• Be open to assisting in various areas of the business as needed.
• Show an interest in the street food industry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of GM experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience working in a large space environment.
• Stable job history with solid tenure.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Education Requirements

• High School Degree or GED.

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year . Actual salaries may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Working Conditions

Expect a mix of indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to varying weather conditions. The noise level is typically moderate.
