We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for all employees. This role requires strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines, report writing skills, and the ability to develop and deliver safety training programs. This position reports to the Safety & Quality Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts safety inspections, meetings, training programs
• Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, including detailed incident reports
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs to employees
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans

Qualifications:

• Experience in Safety/Environmental field in Manufacturing environment
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
• Experience working in Corrugated industry is preferred
• Experience with Amtech & Kiwi is a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
