About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor for its Feerick Center for Social Justice. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of the center's advocacy training institute, including the creation of training programs and workshops. This role also involves leading the center's work in connection with the New York State Attorney Emeritus Program. The Senior Advisor will serve as a key staff member, providing guidance and support to the center's senior team, and will be expected to have a strong commitment to public interest initiatives, collaborative abilities, and experience in developing training programs for pro bono volunteers. Applicants must have a Juris Doctor degree with bar admission and a minimum of 7 years' experience in the development of social justice programs. Essential skills include expertise in access to justice, the ability to manage projects effectively, excellent professional judgment, and strong writing and communication skills. The role requires a candidate with a demonstrated commitment to the goals of Jesuit education, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Preferred qualifications include experience in anti-poverty substantive areas, program design and implementation, and model pro bono management practices. The position is a hybrid work arrangement and is not a union position.
