Premier insurance company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal. Working closely with the General Counsel this role will provide top-notch administrative support to executives and attorneys. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and manage effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and has exceptional organizational and communication skills. This role will assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, Stay up to date with Company technology and demonstrate dexterity in learning and using programs, software and databases relevant to assisting and enhancing the legal department’s operations, including artificial intelligence, Strong board experience & management platforms (e.g., Diligent, Board Vantage), ebilling systems, document management software, etc., conducting research and due diligence, preparing presentations and materials for meetings, monitor and review relevant regulations, respond to requests for information and work with outside auditors, help to prepare and file regulatory documents (i.e., SEC Filings, NYSE ), and assist with other duties and administrative tasks as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, LexisNexis, Westlaw and/or NILS . Bachelor’s degree . Minimum of 10 years’ experience either working at a public company or at a law firm supporting public companies. Insurance industry experience and ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate preferred. Salary $120-150k. Plus Bonus. Excellent benefits. 5 days in office.
