Job Description

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical estimating for commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping) and related components.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , REVIT , Trimble , and Procore (other estimating software experience is a plus).
• Ability to analyze blueprints and construction documents to provide accurate cost estimates.
• Strong understanding of building codes , regulations , and industry standards .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
