Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your financial insights will directly shape business strategy and growth. As a Senior Financial Analyst, youll be a key player in delivering high-value analysis that drives decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiativesvaluations, scenario planning, deal execution, and more.
• Analyze key financial statements and performance indicators to evaluate business health and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop plant budgets, forecasts, and detailed cash flow projections.
• Deliver monthly financial reports to senior leadership, including deep dives on budget vs. actual variances.
• Partner with internal teams to craft compelling budget presentations for plant operations and corporate leadership.
• Manage regular reporting for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Handle ad hoc analyses, reporting, and special projectsno two days will be the same.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. CFA or MBA is a strong plus.
• 47 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or the energy sector.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, DCF, IRR, and other valuation/return metrics.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with large datasets and presentations.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Clear and confident communicationable to explain complex financial concepts to all audiences.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with contracts and legal documents is a plus.
