Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Salary: $140K $170K (The salary range provided is a general guideline. Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing scalable web and desktop applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle. This role requires proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, build, and maintain scalable, responsive web and desktop applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, review code, and enforce coding standards.
- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with architects to design robust, maintainable system architectures.
- Front-End Development: Create intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, and APIs, and databases using technologies like Node.js, Python, MS .NET, or Java.
- Integration: Work with third-party APIs, cloud services, and other external systems to enhance functionality.
- Testing and Debugging: Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems.
- DevOps: Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and infrastructure management when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Front-End Proficiency: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Back-End Proficiency: Strong experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP) and frameworks.
- Database Management: Proficiency in relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- API Development: Experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Version Control: Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows.
- Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g.,NUnit, Jest, Mocha, Selenium).
- Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with C#, .NET, and WPF
- Experience with React Native
- Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of Agile development practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with serverless technologies and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools like GitLab, Terraform, Kubernetes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detailed oriented, motivated, and organized
- Familiar with CMMI and ISO
