Join our team to find a purpose-driven career, an inclusive culture, and robust benefits to support your life while you’re working to help others. *Position Overview* The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for leading core support services of the day-to-day treasury operations, including daily cash management, bank account management, funding and payments execution, liquidity enhancement and internal/external stakeholder support. The Senior Treasury Analyst will also assist in implementing services and technology systems in support of business and commercial initiatives, investments, credit card programs, and foreign exchange (hedging) operations. Working arrangement: Hybrid – Primarily remote with occasional in-office time at our Madison, WI office. Candidates must be within a reasonable driving distance . *Essential Duties* Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee daily cash positioning, reconciling, initiation of electronic transfers, and identify and resolve daily operational banking issues.
  • Develop and maintain internal cash forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure adequate liquidity and funding across the enterprise.
  • Manage the domestic bank account structure, including bank documentation, signatories, KYC and related controls.
  • Manage accounting and internal/external auditing inquiries relating to cash and treasury operations ensuring SOX compliance and KYC/AML tasks delivered accurately and on time.
  • Support month and quarter end accounting and reporting for treasury cash and investments transactions.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new treasury systems and procedures, as required
  • Support the company-wide purchasing card and implement virtual payment card programs.
  • Support cash management RFI/RFP’s and manage implementations.
  • Act as liaison between business teams and banks relative to treasury services delivery
  • Communicate with banks for managing account / cash pooling structures, banking services, bank fees and interest expense/income line items
  • Manage departmental KPI’s and periodic reporting of progress
  • Collaborate with accounting, shared services, tax, legal and other cross-functional business teams to achieve finance organization objectives.
  • Lead various ad hoc projects on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify technology improvements and enhancements to solve problems.
  • Build trust as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to stakeholders.
  • Plan for the future by evaluating how current processes and procedures can scale.
  • Develop solutions to bridge gaps identified and advocate for those solutions to leadership.
  • Ability to reprioritize work of self and collaborators, as needed, and new tasks develop.

  • Minimum Qualifications*
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting or corporate treasury related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.

  • Preferred Qualifications*
  • 2-3+ years of global, public company treasury operations experience
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
  • Basic Accounting and Finance concepts
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with international bank accounts
  • Experience with foreign exchange derivatives
#LI-VZ1Salary Range: $67,000.00 - $109,000.00 The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location.
