Job Description

Ubisoft is looking for a Social Engagement Manager for the Spanish market on a fixed-term contract basis. This is a full-time, fully remote position. The role involves managing the social media ecosystem for the Spanish market, creating reach and engagement across various Ubisoft accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok). Responsibilities include:

• Managing social media content calendars for the Spanish market.
• Acting as the main point of contact for Spanish social media accounts.
• Creating and publishing regional/local content via the Sprinklr platform.
• Covering physical events with live content and capturing on-site content for social media.
• Ensuring accurate data tracking by tagging all published content.
• Developing local social media strategies to support marketing plans around game launches.
• Briefing external agencies and freelancers on local content creation projects.
• Analyzing performance of local posts and generating performance reports.
• Monitoring competitors and identifying social media trends.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social media and/or community management.
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Capcut.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, and native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• In-depth knowledge of the Spanish market.
