Nexus Talent Connect is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate to join a dynamic and collaborative team!

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with a minimum of two years of experience in U.S. federal income tax matters to join our cross-office tax and corporate transactional teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex tax issues in a variety of transactional contexts and contribute to a growing practice within a leading law firm. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Participate in cross-office tax and corporate transactional teams, providing legal support and advice on U.S. federal income tax matters. 
• Manage and coordinate various tax-related projects and transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective execution. 
• Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements pertaining to tax and corporate transactions. 
• Conduct thorough and detailed research on tax regulations and policies to support client needs and internal projects. 
• Communicate complex tax issues and proposals effectively to clients and team members, ensuring clear understanding and strategic application. 
• Collaborate with colleagues across different offices to deliver integrated client solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 
• At least 2 years of experience working in a law firm specializing in U.S. federal income tax matters. 
• Strong written and oral communication skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a collaborative and problem-solving approach.
