Westminster Title Company , a Toll Brothers company, seeks an experienced Title Assistant for our office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

Westminster Title Company seeks a Title Assistant with an understanding of the title insurance and/or settlement business. The candidate will be responsible for ordering title and preparing title commitments, policies, and electronically recording documents, as well as general title office support with an emphasis on providing superior customer service. 

The successful candidate must have an excellent attention to detail, be a team player, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be organized, respectful of all customers and their privacy, and be extremely motivated to provide a superior customer experience on behalf of the company. Office and administrative work will also be required, basic computer skills are necessary.

Experience using Soft Pro, Titlepoint, and Data Trace is helpful, but not required.
