CornerStone Staffing seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join the Loss Mitigation team for an insurance company in the Bedford area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing title paperwork, researching DMV requirements, and ensuring smooth vehicle processing. This role requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.

Pay:
$20/hour

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• File, prepare, and mail title paperwork to auctions and customers.
• Conduct research with the DMV to obtain additional required title documents.
• Update and maintain records in two internal systems.
• Utilize critical thinking skills when coordinating with impounds for vehicle pickups.
• Exercise sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while managing a high volume of files.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive work environment.
• Work independently while maintaining accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in title processing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of paperwork.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in data entry and experience working with multiple systems.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
