Work closely with teammates in UX, Development, and Product Management to design attractive, best-in-class systems that take usability and accessibility needs into account ? Add motion in subtle ways to improve communication between the application and its users ? Help promote and support our solution by designing marketing and support pages Minimum Requirements ? 5+ years' work experience, including 2+ years designing enterprise applications ? A command of visual communication principles including typography, iconography, grid systems, and motion design ? Experience designing, maintaining, and implementing design systems ? Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and/or other design tools ? Proficiency in Principle or other non-Web-based motion-design tools ? Ability to clearly communicate design concepts through sketches, comps, and written specifications ? Functions well both independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills ?
