At BizzyCar, we’re solving a $22B a year problem. 1 in 4 cars on the road, or about 70 million cars, have an outstanding recall. The auto manufacturers must solve the recalls to avoid fines; the dealers are missing out on repair revenue and customer touchpoints; the consumer is late to be notified and dreads the scheduling. BizzyCar is fixing all of this. Through our automated platform, the process is streamlined from manufacturer to dealer to customer. This significantly reduces the time for customers to be notified of recalls and empowers them to schedule repairs easily, while allowing the dealers to capitalize on repair revenue and customer touchpoints. About the role As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in defining and elevating the user experience across our web and mobile products while also contributing to our marketing design efforts. This role requires creativity, resourcefulness, and the ability to pivot quickly to meet evolving business needs. Your startup experience will help you navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Responsibilities UX/UI Design Design intuitive, best-in-class user experiences for web and mobile platforms with a keen focus on user needs and business goals. Rapidly create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs in Figma that balance functionality and aesthetics. Conduct user research and leverage data to validate and refine design decisions. Build and iterate on design systems to maintain consistency across products. Marketing Design Design impactful assets for marketing campaigns, including landing pages, social media visuals, email templates, and print materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce designs that align with strategic goals and enhance campaign effectiveness. Use your design expertise to contribute to compelling visual storytelling that strengthens our brand. Qualifications Experience : 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing standout web, mobile, and marketing designs. Startup-Proven : A background in startups, with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments. Scrappy & Adaptive : Comfortable wearing multiple hats and pivoting quickly to meet shifting priorities. Figma Expertise : Mastery of Figma for prototyping, design systems, and collaborative workflows is a must. Design Excellence : Deep expertise in user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards. Team Player : Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
