Job Description

Position: Client Facing Associate-Strategist
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. locations excluding Alaska, California, Colorado, D.C., Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Washington State, and Puerto Rico)
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday

Position Overview:

As a Client Facing Associate-Strategist (CFA), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of client accounts. Through proactive planning and strategic thinking, you'll create and manage tailored project plans and workflows that help alleviate client challenges, enabling them to focus on what truly matters. Your commitment to ensuring that each service is delivered on time and within scope will be key to fostering long-term client relationships. You will also identify trends, explore new strategies for delegation, and streamline processes to boost team efficiency. As part of your role, you'll work collaboratively with clients and team members, maintaining open lines of communication and accountability.

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

Expertise in project planning, process design, and workflow management
Proven ability to develop strategies that improve time management and overall business efficiency
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional writing abilities
High technical proficiency (G-Suite, project management tools like Asana, etc.)
Experience managing multiple client accounts and relationships in a virtual work environment
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a focus on accountability
Customer service-oriented with a knack for solving complex problems
Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Must have access to a personal computer, antivirus software, and high-speed internet

Responsibilities:

Ensure client success, retention, and satisfaction to increase client lifespan
Oversee project management, system design, and process implementation for multiple accounts
Customize and manage project plans that align with client goals and priorities
Proactively identify and resolve potential project barriers
Explore and implement delegation and automation strategies to optimize workflows
Hold clients and team members accountable for progress and timelines
Lead weekly accountability calls with both clients and team members
Review and update client files, processes, and project tasks regularly
Mentor and guide new team members, fostering professional growth
Maintain consistent communication with clients via Slack, phone, and Zoom
Represent the company's brand and values in every client interaction
