"Now, I have the privilege of granting wishes like my own by pairing youth writers with professionals who provide artistic mentorship and with our publishing team who deliver real-world publishing opportunities." We launched our programs in 2008 in the San Francisco Bay Area. Through our work (and play!) with thousands of students and educators, we developed and refined Writerly Play , our game-based approach to the creative process.
