Job Description

Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a CWR-Warehouse Associate II to join their team. As a CWR-Warehouse Associate II, you will be part of the Last Mile department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Read customer orders and work orders to determine items to be moved and shipped.
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Take check calls from drivers to ensure timely deliveries and validate load data.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers is a plus.
• Familiarity with using handheld scanners is advantageous.
• Ability to work safely and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
