Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a DC Associate to join their team. As a DC Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: DC Associate - 1st and 2nd Shift

Location: Remington, IN

Pay Range: $18.55/hr or $19.55/hr depending on shift

What's the Job?

• Receive and move materials within the warehouse efficiently.
• Verify inventory quantities and assist in maintaining inventory levels.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Pick and stage parts for store replenishment using RF scanners.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and maintain a clean work environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills for accurate inventory management.
• Strong commitment to work scheduled shifts and flexibility for overtime as needed.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED
