We are hiring FLOATER NA/CNA POSITION!!! Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a reputable company in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Floater Caregiver. This versatile role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to be available at any time when assigned. Job Summary: As a Floater Caregiver at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our valued senior clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, monitoring clients' health, maintaining accurate records, providing companionship, and supporting emotional well-being. You will also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for our clients. Effective communication with clients, family members, and healthcare team members is essential. Flexibility is required as you may need to drive to different locations and adapt to changing schedules and tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Remind clients to take their medication as prescribed.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health to the nursing supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of the care provided.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and a listening ear to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.
• Create a safe and clean environment that promotes the well-being of clients.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, family members, and healthcare team members.
• Be available to work at varying times as assigned.
• Drive to different locations as required by the job.
• Perform a variety of tasks based on the unique needs of each client.
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Hawaii.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule.
• Compassionate, patient, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Ability to adapt to different tasks and environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
