Weekend Receptionist - Highly Skilled

We are currently seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As a Weekend Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This is a great opportunity to work in a welcoming and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Pay: $14-$16 (depending on experience)

Hours

Saturday - 9am to 5pm

Sunday - 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Obtain authorization with insurance companies
• Maintain a professional and welcoming personality with everyone who enters the facility
• Help with Resident Trust
• Resident Cash and Check handling
• Daily update the employee staffing census
• Help get admission agreements signed and uploaded
• Make copies of Admissions Checklist and other forms
• Make signs around the building. (ie. Family does laundry)
• Help decide rooms for new admits and make sure rooms are cleaned and ready to go (help clean sometimes)
• Tracking log of admissions and other data (how many people we accept/decline)
• Arrange/ordering Thank-you-cards and flowers
• Save and upload documents
• Create new resident profiles
• Manage the admission referral system when Admissions Director is out
• Help residents with basic needs when necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
