As a Branch Manager Trainee, you will initially hold a non-exempt position until you successfully complete the Branch Manager Readiness program, which is essential for your transition into an Associate Branch Manager (ABM) or Branch Manager (BM) role.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Development: Coach, mentor, and build a high-performing team dedicated to executing business strategies and achieving results. Your leadership will help foster a culture of engagement and accountability.
Customer Engagement: Guide bankers in connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and building lasting relationships to support their financial success.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer and employee-related issues effectively, ensuring alignment with branch objectives while fostering a positive experience.
Digital Banking: Identify opportunities to enhance customer convenience by promoting available digital banking options and providing education on their use.
Collaboration: Lead the branch by engaging with stakeholders, peers, and internal partners to create a customer-centric environment.
Talent Development: Support the growth of your direct reports through mentoring and assisting in the hiring process.
This position involves customer contact and responsibilities that may include offering and negotiating terms for secured transactions. As such, compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations is required.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field, with a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
2+ years of leadership experience.

Job Expectations:
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including most Saturdays.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time during the first six months, depending on location.
Registration under the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act is required upon employment.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $29.23 - $52.02 per hour, with variations based on skills, experience, and location.
