Overview:

We are looking for a Part-Time After-Hours Matrix Mobile Specialist to conduct same day outreach in all forms of communication to our field staff with processing electronic/mobile time entries and resolving any tech issues with mobile app.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 5:00PM-12:00AM.

You will need to commit to working every weekend

Position will transition to remote once fully trained.

Responsibilities:

• Process electronic/mobile caregiver time entries
• Ensure timely data entry and accuracy for accurate caregiver payment
• Address issues and questions regarding mobile time entries
• Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
• Research and resolve missing information or discrepancies on time entries and resolve issues
• Organize and maintain relevant information and documents related to mobile time entries
• Escalate issues to team leader or manager as appropriate
• Provide excellent customer service to caregivers calling for mobile time entries requesting assistance

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational skills required
• Experience with mobile apps and computer systems
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English
• 3+ year's customer service experience
• Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual Spanish is a must
• Being Tech savvy is a must

Job Requirements

• 18+ years old
• US work authorization
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

Posted Min Pay Rate:
USD $19.00/Hr.

Posted Max Pay Rate:
