trak group is working with an established manufacturing organization to find a skilled and professional Executive Assistant to support their executive leadership team. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and VP of Sales.
• Coordinate all logistics for quarterly board meetings, including creating PowerPoint presentations, arranging catering, and travel.
• Draft and handle correspondence, including email responses, on behalf of the executive team.
• Manage travel arrangements and expense reports through Concur.
• Sort and distribute mail for the executive team.
• Organize and manage planning for the company’s annual awards dinner and town hall meetings.
• Take minutes during board meetings and prepare them for distribution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (testing required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-sufficient, and maintains confidentiality.
• Experience with Concur for travel and expense reporting is a plus.
