Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-profile Founder/CEO, who is a certified dietician and doctor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has exceptional organizational and communication skills, and can balance traditional executive support responsibilities with light social media management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with C-suite executives or Founders and is comfortable maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

This role will primarily be based on-site in South Beach/Miami.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support, including managing a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, handling correspondence, calls, and meeting requests with professionalism.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate personal and professional tasks for the CEO as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Post, schedule, and manage light social media content across platforms, ensuring brand alignment and engagement.
  • Research and draft content ideas or materials for social media and presentations.
  • Oversee special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of initiatives.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs, ensuring priorities are addressed proactively.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting high-profile executives or Founders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
  • A proactive and resourceful problem-solver who can work independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with branding, social media strategy, and content creation.

Location: South Beach, Miami (Florida)

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, with some flexibility as needed.

Salary: Up to $115,000 (possible flexibility DOE), benefits, PTO
