Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled  Industrial Painter to join our team in the  oil and gas industry . This position is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing metal surfaces on heavy equipment, pipelines, and other industrial structures.  Individuals with automotive tech school experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.
• Use spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply coatings to equipment and structures.
• Ensure proper thickness and uniform coverage of paint and protective coatings.
• Mix and match paint colors and finishes as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and wearing PPE.
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an industrial painter or in a similar role.
• Experience with spray guns, industrial coatings, and surface preparation.
• Automotive painting or  automotive tech school experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and industrial environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
