We specialize in providing professional organizing services and personalized concierge support tailored to the unique needs of each client. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Organizer and Personal Concierge.

Position Overview:
The Organizer and Personal Concierge will work closely with clients to streamline their spaces and assist with a variety of personal tasks. This role involves both physical organizing duties (e.g., decluttering, setting up systems, arranging storage solutions) and personal concierge services (e.g., laundry, dishes, running errands, meal prep etc). We are looking for someone who is proactive, client-focused, and adaptable to a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and declutter client homes, and other spaces.
  • Develop customized organizing systems to meet client needs and preferences.
  • Provide personal concierge services, including managing appointments, dishes, laundry, meal prep, errands and other misc tasks.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.
  • Keep track of client preferences and provide tailored, personalized solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in organizing, personal concierge services, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a client-first mentality.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Able to be on your feet for periods of time and move items up to 40lb.
  • Able to drive a 35 min radius of your home to serve clients.
  • Must provide own reliable transportation & have the ability to haul donations.
