Overview:

Presbyterian is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients in an Outpatient Clinic . Common responsibilities include coordinating and managing clinic service activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care

 

Type of Opportunity: Full Time (1.0 FTE/40 hours per week)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8-hour days

Qualifications:

• Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred
• RN-NM license

Responsibilities:

• Performs PHS employee testing, collects blood and appropriate lab tests as needed.
• Administers Hepatitis B vaccines, flu shots TB tests and other medications as directed by physician or established protocols for PHS employees.
• Provides healthcare instructions and health education to PHS employees as needed.
• Participates in educational programs, reviews current literature and attends in-services meeting and workshops to enhance professional growth and development.
• Provides appropriate triage for PHS employees that are injured to Occupational Medicine, ER/UC as appropriate.
• Collaborates with disability managers as needed.
• Performs other functions as required.
